It is recommended to use the integrated installer function in your Assetto Corsa Content Manager.
For this, pull the file into the upper right corner of your CM and a installation dialog will show up.

C:\Program(x86)\Steam\steamapps\assettocorsa\
You can find your Track-Directory in:
<INSTALLATION_FOLDER>\content\tracks\ <---
The directory of the new track should reside here.
You can find your Car-Directory in:
<INSTALLATION_FOLDER>\content\cars\ <---
The directory of the car track should reside here.
